Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd in Dublin seeks an EHS Advisor to join a major data centre project on a site-based basis. You will support EHS on a large construction programme, conducting inspections, reviewing RAMS and permits, and delivering inductions and toolbox talks.

The role focuses on maintaining EHS standards, supporting incident investigations, and ensuring accurate records and reporting in compliance with Irish legislation. A data centre or large project background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as an EHS Advisor on construction projects.
• NEBOSH or equivalent EHS qualification.
• Good knowledge of Irish EHS legislation.
• Data centre or large-project experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily site inspections and audits.
• Review RAMS and permits to work.
• Deliver inductions and toolbox talks.
• Support incident investigations and close-out actions.
• Maintain EHS records and reporting.
