Asset Recruitment is seeking a Resident Engineer for a Dublin-area project. The role focuses on contract administration, progress reporting and coordination with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

You will maintain diaries and records, attend site meetings, monitor safety requirements, and liaise with clients, sub-contractors and statutory bodies, following company instructions to uphold the project standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of the Contract (Employer Design Public Works Contract PWC CF3) subject to duties delegated by the Employer’s Representative. This will typically include; draft progress reports, monthly valuations (Interim payment certificates), claims determination letters, response to Conciliation Statements of Claim, responses to RFIs and other contractor’s correspondence.
