Job summary

Pivotal Recruitment Limited in Dublin is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead day-to-day site operations on a major construction project. You will work with the project team, subcontractors and site staff to meet programme, quality and safety targets, while driving delivery through hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Site Manager with a Main Contractor.
• Construction-related degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proven track record delivering construction projects valued at €10m+.
• Experience across education, commercial, healthcare and/or large residential projects is desirable.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the construction site.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, direct labour and site personnel.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with the construction programme.
• Monitor construction progress and identify delays and resolve issues.
• Maintain site records, daily diaries and progress reports.
