Job summary

Tetra Tech Europe is seeking a BIM Manager for a large energy project in North County Dublin. This site-based role leads BIM execution, reviews federated models and coordinates with clients, design teams, main contractors and subcontractors to ensure accurate, timely information delivery.

The role involves chairing BIM coordination meetings, maintaining BIM registers and guiding project personnel in BIM best practices, with a focus on integration with construction sequencing, QA and handover

Qualifications

• Relevant BIM/engineering qualifications or related discipline.
• Proven experience as a BIM Manager on large projects.
• Experience with industrial, infrastructure, energy or construction projects.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination, federated models and data environments.
• Experience coordinating BIM across clients, design teams and site teams.
• Hands-on using BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, ACC).
• Good understanding of ISO 19650 principles and BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day BIM execution and information-management on site.
• Review federated models, manage clash detection and design coordination.
• Coordinate BIM with construction sequencing, programme and handover.
• Maintain BIM registers, issue records and information-delivery trackers.
