Job summary

Designer Group in Dublin seeks an experienced BIM Coordinator to lead multidisciplinary model coordination, produce MEP construction information and maintain the associated drawing and delivery controls from design through construction and handover.

You will report to the BIM Manager and work closely with internal BIM, Engineering, Project and Site teams, client representatives and contractors to resolve coordination issues, ensure clash-free models, and deliver asset information and handover

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a BIM coordination role.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and service coordination.
• Experience with ISO 19650 and BIM documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain M+E Revit models from base design information to coordination, construction and handover.
• Produce coordinated construction drawings, including service layouts and risers.
• Maintain BIM records, ensuring information remains current and controlled.
• Undertake clash detection and drive issues to close-out.
• Coordinate with engineering, project and site teams to resolve matters.
• Support handover with asset information and as‑built updates.
