Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with data center infrastructure.

• Ability to lift 25kg+ equipment.
• Flexible availability including weekends/holidays for urgent requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support at local data center facilities.
• Perform remote hands and smart hands support.
• Conduct hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Coordinate escort and access for client visits.
