Job summary

Marks & Spencer in Dublin Mary Street is seeking a Shift Lead for the Omni Hub to oversee in-store fulfilment, online orders and returns for ROI. The role requires flexibility for opening and closing times and an ability to coordinate across picking, packing, posting and refunds.

The ideal candidate will lead the Omni Hub operation, using data and systems to manage progress, risks and priorities while delivering accurate, safe and timely service.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership to coordinate Omni Hub operations, ensuring orders, returns and stock activity are accurate and timely.
• Excellent communication to build relationships with sales floor and store teams.
• Good digital capability and confidence using systems to monitor progress and risks.
• Customer-focused with calm, confident problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptable to change with the ability to work unsupervised when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily Omni Hub operation, allocating resources to meet order volumes and returns.
• Coordinate daily processes with clear handovers between shifts.
• Make sound decisions and escalate issues when required without close supervision.
• Use data and systems to understand progress, identify risks and reset priorities.
• Become a returns specialist, processing refunds accurately and efficiently.
