Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong IT skills including project management, SharePoint and MS Word.
• Experience in a customer-centric environment.
• Knowledge of the electricity sector.
• A relevant qualification in project management, customer experience, or a commercial/business field.
• Legal permission to work in the Republic of Ireland.
• Minimum of 5 years' work experience including project management.

Responsibilities

• Help deliver the customer project scope, objectives, deliverables and overall delivery plan.
• Produce concise status reporting covering progress, key decisions, risks, and areas requiring management attention.
• Translate identified customer pain points and improvement opportunities into a structured action plan.
• Track expected benefits and customer outcomes such as reduced effort and improved communication.
• Set up an appropriate governance structure including project meetings, decision forums and escalation routes.
• Maintain a RAID log covering risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
• Proactively identify cross-team dependencies and support escalation and resolution.
