Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Offshore Substation Engineer to lead the OSS package on a major offshore wind project in Ireland. You will coordinate FEED through commissioning, ensuring safety, reliability and compliance across electrical, structural and marine interfaces.

Based in Dublin with the option for hybrid work within Ireland, you will manage multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders and contractors, contributing to project assurance and delivery milestones.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree in electrical/structural engineering or related field.
• Chartership and Safe Pass are preferred or required where applicable.
• Experience with offshore substations, HV systems and wind projects is essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as engineering lead for the Offshore Substation package across FEED to handover.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary activities and ensure safe, compliant deliverables.
• Manage interfaces with onshore/offshore packages, owners and contractors.
• Support procurement, technical risk reviews and project governance.
