Job summary

Greenvolt Next is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to deliver construction programmes across Ireland's Midlands and County Louth. The role blends hybrid site presence with periodic office work, and requires leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, strong HSE, and contract management to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

You will manage EPC contracts, risk, procurement, and stakeholder reporting, coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with substantial site experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years’ PM experience in construction/utilities/renewable energy.
• Strong knowledge of construction regulations and HSE standards.
• Proven ability to manage EPC contracts, variations, claims, and documentation.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across sites and offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of construction programmes across Ireland’s Midlands and County Louth.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Manage EPC contracts, variations, and contractual compliance; oversee commissioning and handover.
• Develop and monitor project schedules using MS Project or Primavera; track milestones and risks.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, and cash flow; report to stakeholders.
