Job summary

Enersol Engineering in Drogheda, Ireland, seeks an experienced HV/MV Substation Installation & Commissioning Engineer to lead installation, testing and energisation of substations from 10 kV to 400 kV. You will commission AIS/GIS switchgear, transformers, protection, control, RTU/IED and SCADA systems, perform secondary injection tests, and prepare handover documentation.

Qualifications

Hands-on HV/MV substation installation and commissioning experience.
Experience with 10 kV–400 kV voltage levels.
Ability to lead commissioning activities and coordinate with teams.
Willingness to travel including international assignments.

Responsibilities

Lead pre-commissioning, testing, commissioning and energisation of HV/MV substations.
Install and commission AIS/GIS switchgear and related equipment.
Test transformers and protection/automation systems.
Coordinate with clients, utilities and project teams.
Perform SCADA point-to-point testing and RTU/IED checks.
Read single-line diagrams and protection drawings.
