Enexa Partners is hiring Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers for Capital Projects in the Marine/Offshore Energy sector. Roles are based in Dublin 2 with hybrid/mostly remote work and occasional client visits.

Join a dynamic team delivering large-scale capital programmes across energy, utilities and transport sectors. The practice emphasises client-facing consulting, governance and lifecycle delivery from initiation to close.

Qualifications

• 3rd level educational qualification in Engineering, Construction, or related field.
• Assistant Project Manager – 3–6 years’ experience as Project Engineer or Project Co-ordinator delivering Engineering Capital Projects.
• Project/Programme Manager – 6–20 years’ experience delivering large Scale Engineering Capital Projects.
• Ideal candidates will have consulting or similar client facing experience.
• Multidisciplinary experience including Project Management, Engineering Design, Contract Management and Procurement.
• Excellent Stakeholder Management and communication skills with track record in managing complex programmes.
• Good understanding of project governance and change management principles.
• PRINCE2® or PMP qualifications are desirable.
• Full working rights to work in Ireland.

Responsabilités

• Work directly with Infrastructure Clients to help create innovative insights and solutions.
• Deliver Large Scale Capital Projects in Offshore Marine Environment for infrastructure developers.
• Advise clients on challenges relating to delivery of Capital Projects and programmes.
• Project set-up and mobilisation, defining operating model and delivery strategy.
• Ensure project plans, logs and budgets are managed effectively.
• Deliver Major Project/Programme activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Integrate data to inform insights by sharing knowledge in area of expertise.
• Develop high-quality work products and present outputs as required.
• Participate as lead on small engagements or work-streams.
• Assess maturity of Programme Management and implement improvements where needed.
