Enexa Partners is seeking a Project Engineer to join a PMO focused on Large-Scale Renewable Energy Infrastructure. The role supports planning, budgeting and governance across development through operation, in a hybrid Newbridge setup.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering/business/PM degree with 3+ years of energy/infrastructure delivery experience, strong MS Office/Project skills, and a PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Third-level degree in Engineering, Business or Project Management (Master’s advantageous).
• Minimum 3 years in Large Scale Energy/Infrastructure Project Delivery.
• PM certification (e.g. PMP) desirable.
• Excellent technical appraisal, report writing and communications skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist Senior Project Managers in planning, coordinating and monitoring project activities.
• Maintain project schedules, action logs and milestone tracking within the PMO framework.
• Scope, plan and coordinate work packages to deliver outputs; ensure tasks progress as planned.
• Support preparation and administration of contracts, purchase orders and procurement documents.
• Track budgets and financial reporting under senior PMs; maintain accurate project docs.
• Track planning consents, permits and regulatory approvals; ensure compliance.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams, advisers, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and updates for PMO, Senior Project Managers and Program Managers.
• Support risk identification, monitoring and reporting; assist in readiness for commissioning.
• Maintain dashboards and governance records; capture lessons learned for delivery improvements.
