Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Risk Manager to support an ENR client in rapidly implementing risk registers across a large project portfolio. You will facilitate risk workshops, assist Project Managers with risk documentation, and ensure data quality for future migration into an Enterprise Project Management tool. The role emphasizes effective stakeholder engagement and adherence to risk management standards, enabling impactful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in risk management, PMO, project controls, project governance, or a similar role.
• Experience within the Offshore energy sector.
• Understanding of ISO 31000 Risk Management Principles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate risk identification and assessment workshops with Team Leads, Project Managers, and project teams.
• Support the creation, review, and implementation of risk registers.
• Ensure risks, controls, mitigations, and actions are documented consistently and to a high standard.
• Promote risk management best practices and improve stakeholder understanding of the risk process.
• Track progress of risk register completion and support reporting activities.
• Ensure risk data is complete, accurate, and suitable for migration into an Enterprise Project Management tool.
