Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in Dublin is seeking an Ocean Operations Specialist to manage bookings (LCL/FCL), organise pickups/deliveries and ensure on-time, compliant documentation for customer shipments.

Reporting to the Ocean Operations Manager, the role focuses on shipment tracking, issue resolution, and maintaining strong supplier and customer relationships while meeting local KPI targets.

• Minimum 3 years Ocean Freight experience.

• Booking LCL and FCL shipments with lines/agents/overseas offices.

• Resolving invoice queries.
