Aramark Ireland is seeking a Nutritional and Culinary Administrator to join our team at a key client site in Cork. The role focuses on menu collection, formatting, posting, and allergen display, reporting to the Nutritional Manager and Executive Head Chef.

Qualifications

• Nutrition or relevant field degree.
• Experience in a fast-paced administration role.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of allergens and dietary information.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit and post menus on internal website and app daily.
• Check for discrepancies or errors including price and allergens.
• Upload photos to accompany menu items.
• Collate menu information from multiple kitchens two weeks ahead.
• Support menu maker team with shift and leave cover.
• Maintain relationships with culinary leads and management.
• Follow a protein calendar to avoid duplicates.
• Communicate daily with Nutritional team about tasks.
