Job summary

Ethos Care Group in Athlone is seeking a proactive Recruitment Co-Ordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of recruitment across our nursing homes. You will play a key role in coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
