Qualifications

Newly Qualified Corporate Solicitor Top-Tier Firm Dublin Artemis Human Capital is partnering with a leading commercial law firm in Dublin to recruit a Newly Qualified Solicitor for their highly regarded Corporate team. This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious NQ looking to launch their career within a top-tier environment, working on high-quality transactions and advising an impressive client base across M&A, private equity, venture capital, corporate reorganisations, governance and other complex corporate matters. Youll join a high-performing and collaborative team, working alongside experienced corporate lawyers and gaining exposure to sophisticated transactional work from day one. The Role Will Offer

• Direct involvement in high-value corporate transactions across a broad range of sectors.
• Exposure to a prestigious client base including leading Irish and international businesses, multinationals, investors and financial institutions.
• Experience across M&A, private equity, venture capital, corporate reorganisations, joint ventures and corporate governance.

About You

A Newly Qualified Solicitor, or due to qualify in the coming months. Strong previous Corporate experience gained during your training contract. Ideally, exposure to M&A, private equity, venture capital or general corporate transactional work. A strong academic background with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in Corporate law. Excellent legal drafting, analytical and communication skills. Commercially minded, proactive and detail-oriented. Able to work effectively within a busy, high-performing team and manage competing priorities. Ambitious, personable and keen to develop within a leading Dublin practice.
