Job summary

Thinking Search, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Corporate Lawyer in Dublin to handle high-value Irish and international M&A work within a respected Corporate practice.

Based in Dublin with hybrid working, you will lead on acquisitions and other complex matters, draft and negotiate documents, supervise junior lawyers, and develop relations with major clients while contributing to business development.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with significant Corporate M&A experience.
• Strong transactional background in leading corporate practice.
• Experience managing complex M&A transactions.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and project management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and client relationship skills.
• Cross-border or international transactional experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Advise on high-value Irish and international M&A transactions.
• Lead acquisitions, disposals and other complex corporate matters.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
• Manage transactions and coordinate multiple workstreams through to completion.
• Work closely with international colleagues on cross-border matters.
• Develop relationships with major corporate clients and senior stakeholders.

• Comfortable leading matters and supervising junior lawyers
• Cross-border or international transactional experience is advantageous
