Job summary

A leading Dublin law firm is seeking a Corporate lawyer to join its highly regarded team. You will work on high‑quality Irish and international transactions within a busy corporate practice.

The role offers exposure to mergers & acquisitions, private equity, reorganisations, joint ventures, and cross‑border work, with increasing responsibility and client contact as you progress your career in a collaborative, collegiate environment.

Qualifications

• Trained and/or qualified with a strong commercial law firm.
• Strong experience in M&A and general corporate transactions.
• Enjoy working directly with clients and taking ownership of matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and project-management skills.
• Commercially minded and collaborative team player.

About the Role

The successful lawyer will gain exposure to a broad range of corporate work.

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Private equity and investment transactions
• Corporate reorganisations and restructurings
• Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
• General corporate advisory work
• Cross-border transactions involving international clients and advisers

The role will involve working closely with senior lawyers and partners while also taking increasing responsibility for transactions and client relationships as your experience develops.

Qualifications

We would be interested in speaking with Corporate lawyers who:

• Have trained and/or qualified with a strong commercial law firm
• Have good experience in M&A and general corporate transactions
• Enjoy working directly with clients and taking ownership of matters
• Have strong drafting, negotiation and project-management skills
• Are commercially minded and comfortable working as part of a collaborative team
