Job summary

The Dublin office of a top-tier Irish law firm seeks an Associate Solicitor to join its Corporate M&A practice. The role involves advising on a full range of corporate services including public and private M&A, reorganisations, joint ventures, and corporate governance for Irish and international sponsors and lenders.

2-6 PQE is required with a strong background in corporate services, M&A and private equity.

Qualifications

• 2-6 PQE in corporate law.
• Strong background in corporate services, M&A, and private equity in a medium to large commercial firm.

Job description

We are working with a top-tier Irish law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Corporate M&A practice within their Dublin office.

The Role

The successful candidate will join a renowned Corporate department, advising clients on a full range of Corporate services, including both public and private M&A, reorganisations, and joint ventures. The candidate will also advise clients on corporate governance and private equity transactions, acting for both Irish and international equity sponsors and lenders.

The candidate will play a key role in supporting companies through every stage of the company lifecycle, acting for many high-value investments. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to get involved in business development initiatives, while maintaining strong relationships with the firm’s client base.
