Job summary

re:Cycle Reverse Logistics (RRL) is seeking an NPI Coordinator to maximise value recovery from data center equipment, combining hardware knowledge with data analysis to drive smarter recovery decisions across our operations.

You will review disposition rules before material is processed and work across RRL sites with cross-functional teams to implement changes, ensuring maximum value is captured while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level technical degree required in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of server hardware and components.
• Experience delivering end-to-end projects independently.
• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to analyse component data and translate findings into recovery decisions.

Responsibilities

• Review hardware processed to optimise disposition rules for maximum value recovery.
• Analyse component data with stakeholders and OEMs to identify value loss and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Systems, Engineering, Analytics, and Commercial teams to implement changes.
• Provide strategic direction and prioritisation for the Value Recovery team across focus areas.
• Build and maintain reporting to track recovery performance and improvements.
• Monitor disposition compliance and recovery outcomes across sites.
• Ensure uniform disposition and value recovery best practices across all RRL sites.
• Contribute to other value recovery and reverse logistics initiatives as assigned.
