Re:Cycle Reverse Logistics Ireland Limited seeks a dynamic leader to drive global audit and compliance programs across RRL operations. The role will develop, implement, and continuously improve internal and external audit programs, regulatory systems, and IMS compliance across multiple sites and jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will advance audit coverage, CAPA effectiveness, and regulatory change management while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Controls standards including Estimating, Cost Management, Cost Forecasting, Schedule Management, Progress Measurement, Change Management, Risk Management, WBS/CBS/SBS, Cash-Flow (VOWD), and Benchmarking.
• Experience with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in auditing, risk management, compliance, program management, or quality management systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• ISO Lead Auditor certification in one or more of the following: ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001 or the ability to obtain it.
• Demonstrated experience managing internal and external audit programs across multi-site operations.
• Proven track record in regulatory compliance management across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience with corrective and preventive action (CAPA) systems and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Strong background in certification standard requirements.
• Electrical systems experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive internal audit program across all RRL global operations.
• Develop and maintain audit schedules, protocols, and reporting frameworks aligned to standards.
• Lead internal audit teams across multiple sites and jurisdictions for consistent quality.
• Oversee CAPA tracking and closure with root-cause analysis.
• Develop audit metrics, trends, and management review reports.
• Maintain the IMS audit documentation and alignment with standards.
• Coordinate external certification audits and surveillance activities.
• Manage third-party contractual requirements for certifications and compliance.
• Lead responses to external audit findings with timely corrective actions.
• Track certification scopes, timelines, and renewal requirements.
• Support compliance registers, legal obligations, and regulatory change management.
• Provide governance support to the Global Head of Governance, Compliance & Assurance.
• Drive data-driven improvements from audit findings and risk indicators.
• Partner with pillar leads to ensure audit coverage across domains.
• Advise shared services on audit methodology and compliance expectations.
• Communicate audit results and risk assessments to senior leadership.
• Provide training and coaching on audit processes and IMS expectations.
