Job summary

re:Cycle Reverse Logistics (RRL) is seeking an analytical NPI Coordinator to maximise value recovery from data center hardware by combining hardware knowledge with data analysis to drive smarter recovery decisions across operations.

You will collaborate with Operations, Systems, Engineering, Analytics, and Commercial teams to implement disposition changes, monitor outcomes, and share best practices across RRL sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Supply Chain, Engineering or related
• Knowledge of server hardware and components
• Experience delivering end-to-end projects independently
• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair

Responsibilities

• Review hardware processed across RRL operations to assess whether current disposition rules are optimised for maximum value recovery
• Analyse component data with stakeholders and OEMs to identify value loss and recommend corrective actions
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Systems, Engineering, Analytics, and Commercial teams to implement disposition changes
• Provide strategic direction and prioritisation to the Value Recovery team to align with the recovery strategy
• Build and maintain reporting to track recovery performance and demonstrate improvements
• Conduct ongoing monitoring of disposition compliance and recovery outcomes
• Ensure a uniform approach to disposition and value recovery best practices across all RRL sites
• Contribute to other value recovery and reverse logistics initiatives as assigned by management
