Job summary

MSD Malaysia is seeking an Intern for the NPI/Tech Transfer Team to support New Product Introductions and Technical Transfers. You will assist with process development, equipment qualification, and data analyses in a fast-paced biopharma environment.

The role offers exposure to GMP, quality systems, and cross-functional collaboration within manufacturing and technical operations. Ideal candidates are pursuing a science or engineering degree and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in science, engineering or a technical discipline.
• Knowledge of regulatory/code requirements to Irish, European, and International Standards is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interface with colleagues and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Support New Product Introductions and Technical Transfers.
• Coordinate qualification and validation activities for equipment and processes.
• Contribute to data analyses and root cause investigations.
• Prepare and review qualification/validation documentation.
• Assist in continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors as needed.
