Job summary

DPS Group Global is seeking a qualified process development professional to support NPI introductions and lifecycle changes for biologics drug product manufacturing in the EMEA region.

The role involves ensuring successful product transfer through engineering studies, process performance qualification, and regulatory alignment, with a focus on sterile processing, fill-finish, and technology transfer. 35% shift premium may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in science, engineering or related field with relevant experience.
• Strong technical writing skills and understanding of cGMPs and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in process development for biologics or pharma manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide process development support for NPI and lifecycle changes.
• Lead or support tech transfer and validation activities from concept through regulatory approval.
• Support sterile processing, fill-finish, and related manufacturing operations with technical evaluation of Change Control/NC/CAPA.
