Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Project and MS-Office tools.
• Knowledgeable on 8D and RCCA processes.
• Willingness to travel and participate in early-morning or evening calls.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple development programs and manage schedules, budgets and risks to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with Engineering Product Owner and Marketing Lead through feasibility, planning, design, validation, qualification, sampling and release phases.
• Direct large cross-functional teams to ensure on-schedule and within-budget project completion.
• Present project plans and status updates to executive management with clear issues and options.
• Drive continuous improvement in the new product development process.
• Analyze trends using data to identify project health and escalate blockers as needed.
