Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electronics or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Good financial acumen and strong MS-Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of 8D and RCCA processes and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive the product development process across feasibility, planning, design, validation, qualification, sampling, and release.
• Manage several development programs in parallel with detailed schedules and risk mitigation.
• Lead large cross-functional teams to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Present project plans and status to executive management and flag issues early.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the new product development process.
