Job summary

Moog Ireland Limited in Carrigaline, Co Cork, invites a Program Manager to lead complex electronics programs, build strong relationships with key customers, and advocate for their needs. You will coordinate cross-functional development, integrate activities across finance, operations and design, and drive product introductions from concept to obsolescence.

This role requires 5–10 years in electronics and project management, leadership and excellent communication, with potential travel to Europe,

Qualifications

• University Degree or higher in Engineering or other related discipline or 5 to 10 years of electronics and Project Management experience.
• Additional courses in business, general management, project management or leadership skills would be an advantage.
• Specific experience in program leadership of geographically spread multi-disciplinary teams.
• Production process within an electronics facility.
• Product development cycle for electronic products.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with Moog Ireland's key customers and act as customer advocate.
• Coordinate collaboration with design groups locally or remotely.
• Meet program goals of quality, delivery, service and cost.
• Lead new product development, product introduction and support.
• Monitor program cost and schedule for New Product Introduction programs.
• Report KPIs and communicate status to Moog Ireland and the wider Moog community.
• Contribute to Program Management function with finance and operations.
