Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and late-night shifts.
• A good understanding of health and safety practices within hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and creating a friendly, fun atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
• Keeping tables clear, glassware collected, and the venue looking its best throughout the night.
• Working closely with our bar, security, and management teams to ensure every guest enjoys a safe and memorable experience.
• Helping maintain a positive atmosphere while ensuring responsible alcohol service standards are followed.
• Assisting with opening and closing duties to make sure the venue is ready to shine for every service.
• Handling guest queries confidently and professionally, always looking for ways to exceed expectations.
• Jumping in wherever needed and supporting your teammates during busy periods.
