Job summary

Collins McNicholas Recruitment in Ireland is seeking a Service Centre Technician to join the Night Shift team for a manufacturing client. The role involves autoclaving and operating equipment, plus completing production and quality documentation in a GMP environment.

Prior manufacturing experience is helpful but full training will be provided; strong attention to detail and a commitment to health, safety and quality are essential. This is a hands-on role in a regulated production setting.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning and autoclaving of equipment to support manufacturing operations.
• Operate service centre equipment, including steaming tanks and filter housings.
• Complete all required production and quality documentation.
• Follow GMP, SOPs, health & safety and environmental procedures.
• Identify and report safety, quality and process improvement opportunities.
• Assist with purchasing of non-inventory materials and maintain records.
• Support cost-saving, waste reduction and recycling initiatives.
• Participate in projects including product transfers, equipment/process validation and quality improvement activities.
• Assist with the creation and revision of operating procedures and other documentation.
• Support the training of new employees once competent.
• Work effectively with other departments and teams to resolve day-to-day manufacturing issues.
