Job summary

Collins McNicholas Recruitment is seeking an experienced Production Operator for our client, a global healthcare company, to join on a temporary contract in Swords, Co Dublin. You will work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with no weekends or night shifts.

This role offers up to 3 months with the possibility of extension or permanent placement, and requires GMP knowledge, basic labelling and packing prep, and a collaborative approach to meet production targets while complying with safety and

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in production process.
• Knowledgeable in GMP.
• Familiar with chemical mixing, labelling, and packing prep.
• Experience in process validation is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent oral and communications skills.
• Good team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Storing, retrieving, mixing, and monitoring chemicals used in the production process.
• Troubleshooting issues with production equipment and processes.
• Recording information, such as ingredients, weights, temperature and in-process inspection, and input into the database.
• Conducting and documenting process validation.
• Working with other team members to complete the production process.
• Preparing QMS document which are related production process such as SOP and Validation document.
• Quantity control of raw materials and consumables used in production process.
• Observing all company, local, state, and federal safety, and quality regulations.
• Other tasks related maybe assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
