Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Manufacturing Technician 3 for the Front End Night Shift in Athenry, Ireland. The role involves testing and supporting automated equipment used in CGM production, with emphasis on troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Under supervision, you will work with engineers to validate equipment, maintain safety standards, and contribute to process improvements. The position offers a 12-hour night schedule and a 30% shift premium.

Qualifications

• Requires Level 6/7 qualification and 5-8 years related experience.
• Ability to read, analyse, and interpret technical documents related to equipment specifications.
• Strong written reports and effective communication.
• Knowledge of PLCs and automated production/process equipment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Test and troubleshoot electro-mechanical assemblies and equipment.
• Operate, test, and maintain robotic equipment and vision systems.
• Analyze test results and document findings.
• Support activities in equipment development under supervision.
• Follow safety and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
