Job summary

Dexcom Ireland is hiring a Lab Technician III (Chemistry) to manufacture Dexcom’s continuous glucose monitors on a 12-hour, fixed schedule across a 24/7 operation. The role requires strong attention to detail, quality focus, and hands-on lab work in a GMP setting.

You will calibrate equipment, track data, and contribute to ongoing process improvements while adhering to safety and quality standards. The company offers a comprehensive benefits program and clear growth opportunities globally.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of medical device and/or pharmaceutical and cleanroom experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Attention to detail and experience troubleshooting equipment.
• Punctual and able to complete tasks efficiently.
• Team player with growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture Dexcom’s CGM products on a shift basis in a GMP chemistry laboratory.
• Calibrate laboratory equipment, perform IOQ, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Track data, trend observations, and investigate out-of-specifications with root cause analysis.
• Write experimental reports, summaries and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and quality procedures.
