Job summary

Crosscare Night Project Worker position located in Dublin, Ireland, requires working nights as part of a 7-day rota. The role delivers safe, supportive care in emergency and temporary accommodation with a focus on maintaining a clean, secure environment and accurate reporting.

You will provide supervision and a range of supports to residents, complete essential paperwork, and update Pass and statistics daily, reporting to project leadership.

Work Schedule:

Full Time 38.5 Hours per week, 7-day rota (including weekdays & weekends – Nights)

The Role: Night Project Worker

General Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a team to provide a safe and welcoming environment to residents, staff, volunteers and visitors in busy emergency and temporary accommodation units.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum Level 6 (or working towards a level 6) on the National Framework of Qualifications in social care/ addiction studies/ health care / disability

• Have a minimum of 1-year experience working in an residential unit with individuals with complex needs

• Strong interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills

• Clearly demonstrated client focus

• Experience in working nights and/or shift work.

• Work experience and employment in homeless services, addiction services, residential services, community and/or the youth work sector
