Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service in Meetings & Events and Food & Beverage areas, ensuring standards are met.
• Collaborate effectively as part of the team and be flexible with working hours.
• Actively promote sales within the department and hotel.
• Maintain safe working practices in Meetings & Events areas and address spills or hazards promptly.
• Acquire knowledge of SOPs, especially room setups.
