Qualifications

• Previous similar experience is advantageous.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
• Flexible regarding working hours
• Full Clean Driving Licence

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent communication with all departments.
• Maintain a high standard of service.
• Handle, follow up and communicate any comments or complaints.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by answering questions, addressing concerns, and fulfilling requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that all tasks are completed on each shift and that a full handover takes place at the end of the shift.
• Report any maintenance or security issues to appropriate personnel.
• Attend fire, health and safety and first aid training.
• Be passionate about hospitality, and thrive on working as part of a team.
• Set up and breakdown of Function Rooms.
• Assist Management with any reasonable request.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
