Job summary

Centra in Ireland is seeking a Night Packing Supervisor to lead the night pack team and ensure the store is fully packed, merchandised and faced off.

You will supervise the night shift, liaise with day management on layout changes, ensure correct labelling and stock rotation, and keep back areas tidy while training staff to meet Centra brand standards. You will drive continuous improvement and engage with new initiatives, embody Centra values of Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community-Based.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a Supervisor/Manager role desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Driven with a strong work ethic.
• Organised and brand aware.
• Passion for grocery retail.

Responsibilities

• Actively live Centra brand-values i.e. Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community-Based.
• Merchandise and present the entire store to the highest standard at all times and in accordance with store planograms and guidelines.
• Liaise with day management on layout changes and implement them correctly.
• Carry out night pack check for correct labeling and stock rotation procedures.
• Keep back store tidy, packed away, rubbish disposed of and combis packed correctly.
• Ensure all employees reporting to you are competent and receive adequate training.
• Engage with new initiatives and embrace new ways of working.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• 2 years€,, experience in a Supervisor/Manager role is desirable
  
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  
• Highly driven with a strong work ethic
  
• Organised
  
• Commerciality and brand awareness
  
• Passion for grocery retail.

• Ensure the back store is kept tidy, packed away, rubbish is disposed of and combis packed correctly
  
• Ensure all employees reporting to you are competent in any duties required and are given adequate training relevant to their tasks
  
• Engage with new initiatives and embrace new ways of working.
