Job summary

Conrad Dublin, part of Hilton Luxury Division, is seeking a Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations while delivering the light and warmth of hospitality.

In this role, you will manage nightly audits and reconciliation, drive financial reconciliation across departments, and ensure payment integrity. You will supervise the team, coach colleagues, and support overnight operations with the Night Manager to deliver superior guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Hospitality industry experience preferred
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly audits and reconciliation.
• Drive financial reconciliation across departments.
• Verify accuracy of financial and credit card transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify reporting anomalies and improve audit accuracy.
• Support overnight operations with the Night Manager.
