Castleknock Hotel is seeking a passionate Night Manager to lead the nights team and manage all night-time operations across the hotel. You will work with Heads of Department to ensure smooth running in their absence, coach teams, oversee security, and handle reception duties and late-night room service.

You will drive service standards, ensure safety and fire procedures, and support the F&B team for late drinks and breakfast setup.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English with excellent communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years experience as Night Manager in a hotel.

Responsabilités

• Manage and be accountable for all night-time operations of the hotel.
• Lead, coach and monitor the nights teams in each area of the hotel.
• Oversee hotel security and safety procedures during the night.
• Carry out night audits, print night reports and cash up night bar till.
• Provide excellent guest service and respond to guest requests and inquiries.
