Sofina Foods Europe is seeking a Hygiene Operator to keep production areas clean and compliant with GMP. You will support cleaning across production lines, monitor hygiene standards, and help maintain a safe, high-quality environment for manufacturing.

No prior food hygiene experience is required as full training is provided. The role operates Monday to Friday, 21:30–06:00, in Callan, Ireland, with pay at €15.90 per hour.

Qualifications

• A good level of spoken English
• Well organised with the ability to follow structured processes
• A strong team player with a positive, collaborative attitude
• Detail-oriented and focused on delivering quality results
• Previous food hygiene experience is useful but not essential as training will be provided.

• Ensure PPE and company-issued uniform standards are maintained at all times.
• Complete allocated tasks safely, accurately, and within agreed timescales.
• Maintain accurate and timely completion of all required documentation.

A Key Role in Keeping Our Operations Safe, Clean, and Ready for Production

Role Overview

Join our production team as a Hygiene Operator and play a vital part in ensuring our production lines and areas are cleaned to the highest standard. Your work will directly support product quality and food safety across our site.

Pay: €15.90

Location: Callan

Working Pattern: Monday-Friday 9:30pm - 6am

Key Duties
