Job summary

Sofina Foods is seeking a Hygiene Operator for its Ireland production site on the night shift. You will maintain cleanliness, food safety and operational readiness across production areas, supporting product quality and safe production.

Responsibilities include cleaning lines and equipment, following procedures, completing records and working with teams to uphold hygiene standards. The role offers stable hours, onsite facilities and parking.

• Able to communicate effectively in spoken English.

• Reliable and able to work consistently within a night shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out thorough cleaning of production lines and equipment in line with cleaning procedures.
• Remove, clean and reassemble machine components ready for production.
• Clean walls, floors, ceilings and associated production areas to required standards.
• Work across multiple departments, including production, chill and freezer areas.
• Follow cleaning schedules and complete tasks within agreed timescales.
