Job summary

Locke Hotels in Dublin’s Docklands is seeking a warm, proactive Night Receptionist to welcome guests and uphold the Locke standard from check-in to check-out. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, you will be the face of the Beckett Locke property during night hours and help guests feel at home.

You’ll manage reservations and guest inquiries across online, email and phone, handle after-hours questions for Edyn properties, and contribute to a memorable, hassle-free stay with a can-do

Qualifications

• Natural host with a friendly, proactive approach.
• Ability to manage guest queries and provide seamless service.
• Willingness to work flexible night shifts as part of an operations team.

The role.

Are you a natural host? A people person with next-level organisational skills? Do you get a kick from creating a seamless, welcoming experience?

Reporting to and supporting the Assistant General Manager, you’ll be a key member of the night reception team and the face of the Locke brand. It’ll be up to you to make our guests feel at home from the minute they arrive, until the minute they leave (if they can bring themselves to do that…).

What it looks like;

• Creating tell-your-mates experiences for guests
• Being a friendly face and go-to person for guests, contractors and visitors
• Inspiring and informing guests on local attractions and goings-on
• Welcoming guests when you check them in and leaving a great impression when you check them out
• Managing reservations and queries online, by email, on the phone and in person with a can-do attitude
• Handling out-of-hours guest queries for other edyn properties
