Job summary

Locke is part of edyn Limited and is seeking a night receptionist to be the face of the brand. You will welcome guests from arrival through departure, support the Assistant General Manager, and contribute to creating memorable, welcoming stays.

You will work with a night reception team, assisting guests, contractors and visitors, and sharing knowledge about local attractions and happenings in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Must be a natural host and people person with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to create seamless, welcoming experiences for guests.
• Excellent communication with guests, contractors and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Create tell-your-mates experiences for guests.
• Be a friendly face and go-to person for guests, contractors and visitors.
• Inspire and inform guests on local attractions and events.
• Welcome guests at check-in and leave a positive impression at check-out.
• Manage reservations and queries online, by email, on the phone and in person.
• Handle out-of-hours guest queries for other edyn properties.
