Job summary

Locke Hotels in Dublin’s Docklands is seeking a warm, proactive Night Receptionist to welcome guests and uphold the Locke standard from check-in to check-out. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, you will be the face of the Beckett Locke property during night hours and help guests feel at home.

You’ll manage reservations and guest inquiries across online, email and phone, handle after-hours questions for Edyn properties, and contribute to a memorable, hassle-free stay with a can-do

Qualifications

• Natural host with a friendly, proactive approach.
• Ability to manage guest queries and provide seamless service.
• Willingness to work flexible night shifts as part of an operations team.

Responsibilities

• Create tell-your-mates experiences for guests.
• Be a friendly face and go-to person for guests, contractors and visitors.
• Inform guests on local attractions and happenings.
• Welcome guests at check-in and leave a great impression at check-out.
• Manage reservations and queries online, by email, on the phone and in person with a can-do attitude.
• Handle out-of-hours guest queries for other Edyn properties.
