Job summary

The Banner Plaza in Ennis, operated by Supermacs, is seeking a full-time Night Hatch Attendant to cover the 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift. The role requires full flexibility to work night hours.

As night supervisor, you will assist the Retail & Forecourt Manager, ensure the hatch is manned, train new night staff, handle handovers to daytime staff, maintain high customer service, and monitor stock, cleanliness and safety.

Only candidates with the legal right to work in Ireland will be considered.

Qualifications

• Must be over 20 years old.
• Full flexibility to work night shifts.
• Only candidates who currently have the legal right to work in Ireland will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the hatch is manned at all times.
• Induction and training of new night-time staff.
• Communicate operational matters to daytime staff and provide a proper handover.
• Maintain high-quality and consistent customer service at night.
• Carry out night duties such as cleaning or servicing equipment and stocking during quiet periods.
• Assist the Retail & Forecourt Manager in managing the store and forecourt at night, noting customer requests.
• Identify and reduce potential hazards in the store.
• Assist in minimising stock loss through wastage, damages, and pilferage.
• Ensure the store is merchandised in a customer-friendly way and stock is rotated to keep in-date products.
