Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of the retail sales team daily and ensure tasks are completed.
• Ensure high-quality and consistent customer service at all times.
• Delegate and communicate effectively with the retail sales team.
• Supervise induction and training of all employees.
• Communicate sales performance to the team.
