Job summary

Dexcom Ireland is seeking a Process Technician 2 to join the production team on the Front End Night Shift (12-hour nights, 7pm–7am, Mon–Wed and alternate Thursdays). The role involves analyzing data across production lines, supporting engineering data analysis, and collaborating with equipment deployment teams to meet specifications and timelines.

You will test electro-mechanical assemblies, operate robotic and vision systems, document results, and follow safety programs.

Qualifications

• Experience with problem-solving methodologies such as A3s and 5 whys.
• Proficient with Minitab and Tableau.
• Experience supporting IQs and OQs.
• Typically requires a Level 6/7 qualification and 2–4 years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
• Ability to write routine reports and pass-downs.
• Strong communication with engineers and managers.
• Experience with high-volume manufacturing equipment.
• Technical writing for manufacturing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and analyse engineering data such as yield performance results.
• Test performance of electro-mechanical assemblies, using test equipment.
• Operate, test, or maintain robotic equipment and vision systems.
• Analyse and record test results, and prepare written documentation.
• Perform operational test and fault isolation on automated systems and equipment.
• Carry out activities in equipment development under supervision of the project engineer.
• Update equipment related documentation as needed.
