Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Galway is seeking a Night Porter to support the smooth running of the Front Office, act as a hotel ambassador and help create memorable guest experiences through late shifts, welcome and departure interactions, and coordinating with other departments.

You’ll be part of a vibrant team, ensure safety and security, prepare ambient breakfast items, assist with room service orders, and participate in the hotel’s wellbeing and training programs to progress in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the Front Office during night hours
• Act as a hotel ambassador and deliver guest-focused service
• Interact with guests during welcome and departure to shape their stay
• Assist in the kitchen to prepare room service orders
• Oversee safety and security responsibilities and perform regular Fire Walks
• Set out ambient breakfast items in the morning for a presentable dining area
