Leonardo Hotels – NYX Hotel Dublin Christchurch is seeking a Night receptionist to deliver guest care, handle check-ins and check-outs, and run the night audit with accuracy.

This part-time role requires a proactive, friendly communicator who can work independently, maintain safety procedures, and help prepare the hotel for the next day.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or hotel front desk is preferred.
• Able to work night shifts and maintain calm under pressure.
• Good knowledge of safety and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and handle general admin tasks.
• Run the night audit and ensure accurate records.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the lobby area.
• Assist with restaurant setups for the next day.
• Follow health andSafety policies and data protection rules.
